At Wonder, I have been tasked with driving the sustainability agenda and goals across the 12global businesses that form the group. During my time at the group I have been instrumentalin streamlining and reworking the processes around Green Claims, providing guidance andsupport to the entities. As Sustainability Coordinator I support the Sustainability Manager in enabling the delivery ofScrewfix’s bold sustainability ambitions in a fast-paced, exciting environment. The role involvesproviding sustainability support, assisting with data work and communicating relevantinformation to colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. I work cross functionally in thisdiverse role, and my role is instrumental in driving the responsible business agenda throughoutScrewfix.Key Responsibilities include:-Carbon reporting for the business.Plastic Packing Tax.- Working with comms and marketing to create and manage sustainability campaigns.-Sitting on the Responsible Business Committee.- Responsible for BSCI ethical audit processes.- Driving office changes related to sustainability.- Working with the Distribution Centres to manage and reduce waste.- Coordinate the low carbon manufacturing programme for vendors (scope 3).- Attend team meetings across the business to deliver sustainability specific training, ethicalcompliance, packaging policy etc.- Communicate with vendors to discuss sustainability initiatives and how they align withScrewfix’s business priorities.

I worked within the ESG department helping develop policy for the MMK Group related to ESG. In addition I often acted as a translator for different departments, during this additional secondment, Iaided the MMK Group achieve a Gold rating in the Investors In People’s accreditationprogramme.Key Responsibilities included:- ESG ratings and reporting back to investors, preparing presentations for the board. - CDPand Ecovadis, MSCI and FTSE Russell surveys and data submissions. - Helped create theESG data book. - Helped edit and proof the Integrated Annual Report. - Worked inconjunction with HR to achieve an investors in people ‘gold’ status.

In my role as the Head of International Dept. I have been responsible for organising and coordinating conferences and forums for the school, as well as foreign trips for students. Since joining the company I have recruited 4 placement students from the UK who aided our students in further developing their skills. As well as organising an exchange program between British Club and a school in Luxembourg. I have also been involved in organising summer camps for students in Russia and have been tasked with recruiting foreign volunteers for said projects.

I was involved in many open days and events for prospective students and parents, also giving talks regarding my experience in Russia.

I worked for the University of Bath Careers service as an assistant helping with placements for students and liasing between prospective employers and the university. My roles also included working in the call centre during DHLE surveys and helping to run careers fairs at the university, working with security and estates to ensure the events ran effectively and safely.

Worked on a temporary basis in the SEN department at a Secondary School in Northamptonshire.

Worked and lived in the Paris Region as part of a year abroad scheme during my studies at the University of Bath
