Customer & Business Delivery Manager - Mortgage Operations
CurrentMy current role involves responsibility for delivering key performance metrics for customers across all areas of the mortgage end to end journey through effective resource and planning across U.K. and overseas sites. I am also responsible for delivery of budget and headcount including the delivery/oversight of cost and improvement programmes. My knowledge of operations and risk management is complemented by my creative thinking and problem solving attributes.My current role allows me to work across customer facing and bank wide functions. Another core focus of my work is to support the implementation of key strategic initiatives and deliver frameworks that enable operational efficiencies, good conduct and excellent customer service. Excellent stakeholder management is a feature of my role through daily liaison with centre management in the operational sites, both U.K. and overseas and with Senior Management within the Bank to represent mortgage operations. I manage teams across 2 U.K. sites, one of which I lead in the delivery of performance and management insight and analytics which is used to inform senior management and stakeholders and helps shape the decision making process for operations and customer experience delivery.
