• To oversee and administer the entire transactions process, to a high quality standard and within agreed timescales• To review applicant files to ensure all pre-employment standards are met• To advise applicants on the pre-employment check standards• Identify and prioritise own workload to ensure that objectives are met• Liaise with payroll in order to resolve and action any payroll queries • To oversee the housekeeping of the TRAC recruitment system ensuring that applicants are processed through all stages to ensure data is correct for reporting purposes• To support the Recruitment Advisor with reviewing current processes and implementing ideas to improve the recruitment process• To action email account(s) ensuring that all emails are processed within agreed timescales• Apply for NI numbers as required• Use appropriate systems to identify fixed-term end date staff, liaise with matrons and DDO's to determine appropriate action• To approve ESR self-service notifications within the agreed timescales and to take the relevant actions relating to annual leave entitlements• To produce and send out contracts of employment for new starters and variations of contract• To produce and action monthly professional registration reports for all relevant staff groups• To assist with data cleansing activities on ESR when requested• To liaise with payroll where required to notify them of overpayments or arrears payments• Maintain manual and computerised records• To check all work produced for accuracy• Ensure all internal HR processes and procedures are adhered to• To comment on new team procedures
