Maximized bottleneck for the site to increase capacity to customers by 27% in 3 months, without compromising safety, quality or team satisfaction. • Successfully built and launched a 2.5 Million sq ft Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Center to achieve the safest 2020 Amazon launch and the highest outbound shipments for any Amazon facility in 2019 or 2020: ramping capacity to over 4 million customer orders weekly, through planning and implementing strategic goals and ownership for the facility.• Grew the Amazon brand in the local Rossford and greater Toledo community as the General Manager for the first Amazon fulfillment center in NW Ohio.
