Provide Subject Matter Expertise for Company and below Situational Training Exercises tailored to enhance the Unit Commander’s priorities and objectives. Act as a point of contact for unit level training support that includes squad battle drills, platoon battle tasks, and integration of C-IED and sUAS/CUAS capabilities for a complete multi domain training experience. Ensure all Training Areas are prepared for unit level training with regards to ASG-Kuwait’s Range Control prescribed safety guidelines and procedures. Supervise the Site Improvement Team personal and assist in the execution of all maintenance and improvements to the Training Areas. Assist with the C-IED training and instruction to the units and also assist in the routine curriculum review and validation of the Program of Instruction (POI). Brief rotational Units on the training opportunities available to them in the ARCENT Readiness Training Center.

Mentored, Trained, Advised, and Assisted the ANASOC Corps G3 Training Operations Staff. Assisted the G3 Training Officer in the command and control of all training conducted by ANASOC units. Assisted the G3 Training Officer in identifying the requirements for additional training of the force to stay current on the Techniques, Tactics and Procedures used by Taliban, ISIS, and other Terrorist Organizations operating within Afghanistan and helped manage the training assessment process. Served as the single point of contact for all training operations and requirements of the ANASOC units. Assisted in establishing and organizing functional related joint boards, working groups (WGs), and planning training teams.

Kuwait

Serve as Mentor and Trainer/Instructor for forward deployed US Military personnel in Infantry Platoon level up to Infantry Battalion sized tactical employment in Urban and Desert Environments while dismounted or mounted. Instruct Small Arms and Crew Serve Weapons basic fundamental handling skills to Advance Marksmanship Tactics and Techniques in classroom and live fire ranges. Instruct Counter IED Techniques, Tactics and Procedures in a classroom and field environments as per current US Military doctrine. Advise Commanders on proper Force Protection measures employment and planning process while deployed in permissive and non-permissive environments. Recommend and develop new curriculum that stays current and relevant in all aspects of the threat spectrum the US military will encounter.

Manage (62) employees that teach the course of instruction to all US Navy Sailors that will be assigned to the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command for their first time. Conduct quality control on all periods of instruction and act as primary liaison with the military staff assigned to the course on all matters pertaining to the contract and the employees of LINXX. Conduct all interviews and salary negotiations with all prospect employees for this contract and when hired ensure that all new hire paperwork is complete and correct prior to it being sent to the company Human Resources for their review and processing. Ensure that all employees stay within their (40) hour work week and that their timesheets are correct and accurate prior to their submission. Ensure that all employees are current in their qualifications in all aspects of the Statement of Work requirements for this contract. Mentor and counsel all employees as needed for exemplary or derogatory work performance, if derogatory provide guidance and set goals for the employee and myself to track to get them back on the right path to success.
