I have been in the construction industry for 20+ years working on BMS controls, energy management systems and within the ventilation arena and IAQ.As RSM for London & South East, I manage a team of 10 Sales Managers across the region. 5 contractor and 5 consultant. The core areas I focus on are, motivating, supporting, developing and training the team to enable us to achieve our targets and KPI’s across a number of given areas. I also mange several relationships with Main Contractors across the Nuaire business in conjunction with Genuit Group to identify and develop project opportunities and key growth areas. Working along side the rest of the senior management team to create and implement our sales strategy. Nuaire are the UK commercial market leader in ventilation design, manufacture and supply. We have strong relationships across the country with 1000’s of Consultants and M&E contractors as well as many end user corporate clients.During my downtime I enjoying spending time with my family, playing Golf, Ice Skating and SkiingSpecialties: Sales Management - Presentations - Account Development - Relationship Building - Building Technology Systems - Energy Management – Ventilation - IAQ
