I get paid to ask questions – that’s my answer when my kids ask me what I do for work. And it’s true: from when I started my career as a university scientist, striving to push the limits of what we know, all the way to my current position, where I help both, external and internal clients, to take decisions and optimize processes based on solid data, it all starts with asking the right questions. For the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with amazing people with all kinds of different backgrounds all over the globe. From walking the production line in a Hungary-based plant of a big automotive Tier 1 supplier finding the root cause of a massive adhesion problem, to developing a coating process that makes the revolutionary mobile heart-lung machine of a German startup safe to use for all patients - every project is a story worth telling. Or in numbers: coordination of 500+ measurement projects in our lab, 80+ oral presentations at on-site events covering 20+ countries, 10+ publications, countless discussions with customers all over the globe.
