For 7 summer I have worked at the new Glasgow lobster supper as a head line cook. This has given me the ability to manage a very busy kitchen. Doing this also allowed me to gain a high amount of cooking skills. I also started part time this year as a labourer at a construction company called burden construction. This has help me find the importance of having the ability to find things that need to be done and do them.
