I am currently in charge of the night shift for the transport department, I ensure all route leave site on time and underweight, any route over weight i need to make sure I take goods off them and place else where so that they are underweight. i also cover all night admin and collection allocation's, i liaise with the pack house making sure we can cover.

I deal with day to day paperwork within the transport office, I also deal with updating resource sheets, hand overs, reporting defect to the relevant people, vehicle and driver debriefing. I also deal the cameras that go out on the routes, make sure all photos have been taken and downloaded in to the system. I also keep close contact with customer service.

This job involved a multitude of different roles,from booking prisoners into custody, taking fingerprints, photos & DNA. we looked after them whilst in custody making sure they was safe warm they had meals water drinks. I also carried out searches and strip searches.

making sure stock loss was at a minimum, this would involve ramdom bag searches of staff, making sure items was tagged, CCTV was moved in order to see key areas, attending to till problems, attending door and security alerts, detaining customers if was caught in theft.
