In my position with FirstMerit Bank, I help grow our client base be it personal or business accounts. I am responsible for opening and closing accounts for both personal and business. I drive revenue based on the clients needs through loans, credit card sales, new checking accounts, savings, and investment opportunities. While maintaining the clients best interest. I work directly with our wealth management/private banking group. Assisting the needs of the private client and monitoring their accounts and investments.I manage my team to insure that we are on track with goals and are in compliance with policy and procedures according to the bank guidelines.
