• Working daily on C2C and W2 Requirements with Vendors and sourcing from Job boards.• Collected all documents and formatting of resume to make respective submissions.• Followup for feedback of candidates submitted from account manager.• End to end recruitment process with candidates and vendors, including of sourcing, screening, salary negations, interview setup and follow-ups, getting details from vendors to roll out MSA and PO.• Creating job descriptions and requisitions, posting on several sites such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder.• Creating reports using excel and uploading it on google drive for easy accessibility for Supervisors. • Ensuring a target of min 2 submissions on a daily basis.
