I pioneered effective inventory controls and best practices to significantly lower excess inventory, consistently maintained a profitable expense ratio by skillfully managing budgets, and increased immunizations by an average of 150% across all locations.

This was a dynamic position where I supported explosive growth from two operating and two endoscopy rooms to 16 ORs with four CVORs and 12 endoscopy rooms (500 beds total). I was promoted many times here with accountability for inventory management, software administration, vendor relations, and policy development. I prepared and dispensed medications per physician orders and provided educational support for doctors, other healthcare professionals, patients, and approved family members. Also, I supported the preparation of financial reports and skillfully managed invoices, records, and other documentation. During this period, the amount of medication on formulary grew by 25X, from 200 to 5,000+. I led the organization to achieve JCAHO accreditation by developing effective program and policies, implementing standards, and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
