Planned and programmed appropriate manning requirements, and training not covered in onboarding, and ensured the team was properly equipped to support worldwide deployments. Managed deployment schedule for 15 positions that required year-round fills and coordination with 4 external organizations. Oversaw HR functions and performance reports and awards for the team. Deployed and led Special Operations Forces flying intelligence detachments, leading 50 combined forces service members, controlling $3 million in assets, and meeting highly dynamic mission requirements on manned and uncrewed ISR platforms.

Led a 7-member military and contractor section responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding service members at a selectively manned unit. Developed measurable standards based on performance parameters for multi-day hiring events to grow and develop the unit. Established a unit-wide process for onboarding and training to replace disparate processes controlled by four separate sections. Reduced redundant efforts and increased leaders’ visibility of talent management.

Vice President of MacDill AFB Top III (Private, non-profit organization). Oversees 15 sub-committees made up of 45 volunteers supporting junior enlisted members from five commands. Organizing and leading monthly meetings and volunteer events promoting a positive military image in the local community. Plan, program, and coordinate financial reports to meet IRS and base private organization requirements. Manage digital marketing department to promote the organization and increase knowledge of events.

Oversaw marketing for MacDill AFB Top III, a 501(c)(3) private organization located on MacDill AFB. The Top III is made up of Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) from all military branches. As the marketing director, I was responsible for re-invigorating our social media presence, spreading awareness of events and opportunities for junior military members, and promoting support for military members of all ranks.
