I am currently part of the seasonal workforce at Whistler Blackcomb resort. My role entails ensuring the highest levels of customer experience and enjoyment for our visitors by providing quality customer service and support. On a daily basis, I am required to work as a part of a committed team in order to create simple and favourable outcomes for customers and then communicate them in a concise and meaningful manner.

As part of my undergraduate degree, I completed a placement with Volkswagen Financial Services in the Brand Management department. This was a varied and incredibly interesting role that exposed me to areas ranging from Business Development, to analytics, and customer experience. I developed skills in data analysis, networking and running meetings throughout the course of my placement and was very privileged to have been given the opportunity to share the findings of my projects with executive managers.

My role was composed of designing and running the mountain biking programme at the camp, lifeguarding for swimming periods at the pool and looking after the campers throughout the day.

During my time working for Homebase I worked on the online orders team where I would deal with customers queries regarding their orders and then liaise with suppliers and stores in order to arrange for the fulfilment of the customer's purchase.
