• Supports data-driven products, applications, and integrations. Creating formal documentation for current Database Auditing and Reconciliation between iMIS (SQL2005 backend) and SalesForce (proprietary db).Reconciling database discrepancies between iMIS and SalesForce using Access 2007 SQL Queries and tables to compare and contrast.Expanding current database processes to include new data as required.Create new processes using SQL Queries for reports and reconciliation of data between systems, as well design new processes to automate the data reconciliation.Coordinate resolution of data exceptions with the IRC staff by creating usable reports using Crystal Reports.Audit the current Database structure of SalesForce for best practices and usability based on staff role in SalesForce.Monitor the IRC Staff's data entry and ensure that all best practices are used to reconcile any database discrepancies.Create Audit reports to maintain database consistency.
