In this role I oversaw 100+ student workers and was responsible for training, disciplining, and scheduling employees in consultation with the Franklin and Marshall Atheltic Department's Student Worker Coordinator. I was also responsible for being on call for the second and third shifts in case problems in athletic facilities arose where I was tasked with fixing them. In addition to being on-call, I assisted in gameday operations for certain events where staff and assistance were needed. Also, I oversaw the department archiving project where I scanned, preserved, documented, and examined the department's records where some dating back to the 1920s.

In coordination with fellow students, I was a leader in restarting the College Democrats of America Chapter at Franklin and Marshall College. We became active in the Democratic Party seen of Lancaster City Pennsylvania where we invited Democratic candidates to speak to students on campus and engage in ideas. We also volunteered at various campaign events that happened in the city. The college Democrats are now a re-recognized organization on campus. I had the pleasure of being elected President following the re-launch.

In my role as a committee member, I was randomly assigned to cases to provide a student perspective on the student conduct process. I was required to show empathy and compassion to students who had made a mistake. I took an active part in the educational and restorative process that the committee emphasized. In partnership with the Dean of Students, we decided on outcomes that ranged from a warning to a suspension. In addition to hearing cases, I participated in the drafting, editing, and implementation of new and updating of the Franklin and Marshall Student Code of Conduct. I also participated in weekly meetings with the college's Deans and the Department of Public Safety for case reviews and updates on problems that arose on campus. Throughout this process, I was required to keep confidentiality.
