I have over 17 years in the construction trades. In the last 12 years, I have been working as a handyman thought out the Orange County and LA areas, remolding, repair, replacing, any thing and everything for home owners and businesses. In the early 80’s my family and I started up a solar hot water manufacturing company. Installed water heaters, tankless water heaters, off an on over the last 30 years. I have remolded over 20 kitchens from start to finish working with home owners and doing what it that, to make them happy. I estimated, sold and installed solar systems with new plumbing, electrical, and framing. I have designed, built, and finished, moldings, and forms, both in the construction trades, and the aerospace industries. I have run job with over 10 workers, then finished them on time and under budget. I have run new 220 services, and new boxes. I have installed air ducts, register boxes, heating units, ran gas lines, electrical and finished drywall. I have roofed, re roofed, and repaired, roof rafters and sheeting. I have remodeled kitchens and bathrooms from start to finish. My experience includes but is not limited to estimating, planning, plumbing, sub floor, retaining walls, fiberglasscement,framing, roof rafters, roofing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, rebar tying and welding, stucco, tile, cement, windows, doors, drywall, texture, painting and welding. Other Experience I had scuba diving in my late teens and early 20’s. I had retrofitted Chevy engines in Jaguar cars. Rebuilt numerous engines for Chevy, Ford, Pontiac , Mazda, Jaguar, Mini Cooper and MG’s. Builder of master tooling for the aerospace industry. In the sales industries I sold cars, F&I, health and life insurance

I have over 15 years in estimating, tooling and fabricating, in the aerospace an other industries.I fabricated mater mold, from cut templates, setting them, wiring them, rough plaster, fairing in finish. Pulling part thickness plasters, then pull production tooling from plasters. I have designed tooling on the floor, for Military and civilian aircraft, as well as delta rockets. I have used pre-preg., wet laminate, high temp and composite, in a lot of the work I done. I have used wax rib in building parts for ray domes. I have done some work with autoclaith, more with bagging and oven cure. I have manufactured air duct tooling, from foaming, drilling, trimming and holding fixtures. I estimated sheet metal, hard and soft tooling. Used computers and paper to design and fabricate thing from bike racks to aerospace tooling
