The main purpose of this role is to be the primary liaison between customers and product suppliers, resolving supplier rejections and objections with customers within SLA and increasing the % of switches that are successfully completed for each of our panel of suppliers. A key part of the role will be to identify supplier rejection trends and working with various team's within the company to evolve internal and external processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
