I am responsible for all aspects of safety such as completing items on the Safety Action Plan, conducting monthly safety meetings and audits, ordering all safety supplies for the plant, safety training, and conducting thorough investigations to any accidents or near misses. Our plant has currently gone 10 years without a lost time accident. I am responsible for doing tray inventories to ensure we have enough for our customers needs for the Clayton and Appleton plants. I review daily FSMA paperwork and recording charts. I do daily inspections on equipment to ensure they are cleaned properly.in January 2018 I took on a new role as a production supervisor. I am in charge of the production schedule. In this role, I review the weekly schedule to ensure costumer orders are filled in time for their shipment date. I also do all the ordering for ingredients and all packaging supplies. I still oversee the tray inventories for Clayton and Appleton. I review the daily cheese results to ensure all cheese is in spec and make changes to cheese recipes when needed.

I successfully supervised two production lines that produced ground turkey which was the most profitable department for a multi billion dollar per year company. I was in charge of the daily production and employee schedules. I was responsible for doing mouthy safety and quality inspections. I preformed daily label audits. I was the chairman of the Safety Committee. I submitted work orders when needed.
