Throughout my military, business, professional, and college careers I have honed in on leadership skills, teaching practices, a strong work ethic, adaptability, efficiency, working well under pressure, clear communication, interpersonal relationships, and a self-driven attitude. I thrive working on creative projects in teams as well as alone, and I find meeting a deadline to be a thrilling challenge. My online skills have skyrocketed in the past few years and my digital literacy has increased dramatically as the majority of my duties have been split between online and in person. Some of those duties include department meetings, facilitating instruction, building curriculum for in-the-classroom instruction and online courses, conducting trainings, attending trainings, communicating with individuals, & keeping files.
