- Lead coach and develop the event delivery team to manage a portfolio of recognised, high profile mass participation fundraising events across Australia netting $7M PA in support of people living with MS- Lead strategic development of event planning and delivery of all major events- Operational budget control in excess of $2M- Management of internal and external stakeholders to enable successful event delivery againsts strategic directions

- Curation, planning and delivery of the Summer and Winter Nights Markets- Event operations management or event staff, contractors and traders- Trader licencing and recruitment managment- Risk, safety and counter terrorism initiative management- Overall coordination and operational management of numerous munticultural and themed events such as Turkish Festival, Indian Festival, Brazilian Festival, Chinese New Year Festival, Sustainability Festival, Sri Lankan Festival, Thai Festival and Latin Festivals- Event strategy development relating to trader engagement, tourism and event procurement operational management

- Coordinating and manage operational and logistical aspect of major sporting events, functions and concerts held at Etihad Stadium.- Coordination of operational policies and event operational program guides.- Key contact for sponsorship and promotional signage surrounding the arena- Team Leader and management of up to 30 staff members- Providing leadership from the Stadiums Event Control Room, to manage the operations crew during event days.

- Management of all event related administration including project plans, operation schedules, quotations, invoicing and safe operating procedure documentation.- Tender management of existing agreements including but not limited to, The Formula One Australian Grand Prix, Victorian Racing Club, Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, Australian Open, AAMI Park and Clipsal 500.- Liaise with site managers, venue managers, contractors and external event hire companies to coordinate seamless execution of tasks.- Nurture key internal and external relationships with the objective to deliver sales growth and business development.- Management of Dig & Fish, Traffik Group and Larger than Life Agreements for the Australian Open.- Event procurement, transport and logistics management.- Event labor recruitment and operational management. - Warehouse, storage and equipment maintenance management.- First point of contact for all event hire inquiries.

- Perform the role of Executive Officer for the Australian Motor Sport Development Commission (AMSDC) including preparation and maintenance of strategic objectives.- CAMS primary point of contact for Motor Sport Championships and New Event enquiries, including for state level motor sport bodies and State Executives and/or State Councils.- Provide advice and support to Organisers, Appointed Officials, Venue Operators, Competitors and members of the Motor Sport Department on Motor Sport Championships and New Event event related issues- Developing, maintaining and regularly reviewing systems, processes and strategies with regard to the approval of CAMS regulations at State Motor Sport level.- Oversee the development and maintenance of the Regulations for Speed events and CAMS State based Motor Sport.

- Development, maintenance and review of Circuit Racing, Rally and Off Road disciplines of Motor Sport, inclusive of rule and regulations specific and practicable development.- Primary point of contact for all Rally, Off Road and Race enquiries from CAMS Members, Commercial Category Managers and other external stakeholders.- Management of one direct reporting staff member (Motor Sport Administration Assistant).

- Oversee the procurement and management of event equipment used for the 2015 and 2016 Formula One Australian Grand Prix.- Manage CAMS’ and the Australian Grand Prix Corporations permanent storage facilities and temporary event compounds.- Develop and implement policies and procedures for equipment logistics, storage and maintenance. - Oversee the distribution of equipment to event personnel and arrange transportation of equipment to and from event.

- Manage the recruitment and training of customer service volunteers for the 2013 and 2014 Formula One Australian Grand Prix.- Operational management of customer service booths and attendants
