I have been employed since I was 15 years old. I have worked between cafe’s and clothing shops building my interactive skills with different groups of people. It has equally built my problem solving skills working in fast paced environments. Between 2020 and 2022 I worked full time as a financial customer service advisor for Argos financial Services. As this was during the Covid-19 pandemic it taught me how to deal with queries quickly and effectively to achieve the desired outcome. Whilst working for Argos financial Services I worked on the My Payment Plan project creating training for customer service colleagues for this new financial product. This taught me how to produce work to a high standard regarding attention to detail. I finally took part in the working from home team during the pandemic sending laptops, phones and training booklets to colleagues who had to isolate. This role showed me the importance of planning as well monitoring the kit we were sending out. As of January 2024 I have been working for Levins solicitors as a Criminal administrative assistant. This role requires me to have good attention to detail in order for key information to not be missed from client files. More recently I have transferred to the role of Conveyancing Assistant at the same firm.
