Driving the professional development and progression of our Quick Release_ team. With over 6 years experience in project management, and 3 years in people management, I now take on the challenge of implementing improvements within our own processes and systems to offer people within QR_ an industry-benchmarking progression and promotion structure.Alongside this commitment, I also currently support the UKBIC team by project managing the deployment of a new ERP system. This sits within the UK Government's £700m investment to improve commercial and automotive battery manufacturing and technology domestically.
