This will be based on an update of the book Testing the Limits of Teams and development of a workbook to guide the client through implementation, with emphasis on the virtual nature of teams today.2. Seminars and Keynote Presentations based on specific organization and community needs to positively "disturb the system" to stimulate individual and group best thinking to motivate actions toward desired futures 3. Group facilitation to bring people together to develop common goals and shared solutions to meet their identified needs.

Provided leadership for research and development of innovative health management programs and implementation of patient centered health management programs across the United States

Responsible for the Patient Self-management Program and Diabetes Ten City Challenge which was focused on replicating and expanding the “Asheville Project Model” for employers in diverse markets. The model is now used by employers in over 40 states for patients with diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, and depression.

Provided leadership for the unification of five state pharmacy organizations, passed the Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner Act and Pharmacy Technician Statutes, and developed the Diabetes Community Health Project.

Implemented decentralized clinical pharmacy services, quality improvement, self-managed work teams and enhanced standards of patient care for pharmacy. He facilitated the original “Asheville Project” and founded both the Western North Carolina Pharmacy Co-op and the North Carolina Center for Pharmaceutical Care and developed the residency program at Mission Hospitals.
