My main focus as Store Manager was to drive store sales, exceed targets put before me and team development. I was committed to performance management and instant feedback to my team. If someone was struggling, I'd feedback to them, coach them and develop them. Just as importantly, if a member of staff is doing a good job, praise them, let them know there efforts are appreciated and they are valued.With this team ethic and dedication to staff development, last year we achieved x2 100% Retaileye Mystery Shopper Scores, followed by a credible score of 94.7% over the busy festive period.Through hard work, driving sales and excellent levels of customer service, we consistently won company incentives for big game launches as a % of sales and most recently were the highest % target growth for our region for a new Sony Vita launch.
