I started the pandemic in law school and ended it with selling and designing custom enclosures for residential and commercial buildings. Working for a small business that struck gold during the past 2 years has forced me to adapt to various roles within the company on the fly while maintaining a think-ahead approach to the business. My role is constantly changing as new tasks are thrown on me as our industry changes and the competition becomes more intense. Like a point guard, I can set up the offense and get the team a bucket.
