• Initiate, engage, and oversee delivery by taking a lead position for any effort-size project for internal & external Card programs that involve card schemes and third-party vendors.
• Porivede Card scheme-related rules & technical assistance during and after project delivery for internal/external card program managers and their providers.
• Support with initiation & involvement, requirements gathering, and sign-off from appropriate internal stakeholders during and after project milestones or any operational requests after project is delivered.
• Provide support for account management and operations with any day-to-day tasks for timely support for existing and future issuing clients.
• Strategic thinker that comes up with any time and cost-effective measures (if applicable) to the projects/process improvements during the lifecycle of project delivery.
