Over my 11 years at Bosch I developed myself into an expert in Lean manufacturing, Process improvement, Process development and Project management.I am a people person first and foremost, with an eye for details but also with a strong creative and solution generation streak.Within my time at Bosch I have had the privilege to lead many multi-million-dollar Capital and Product projects to great success.My primary responsibilities over my time at Bosch were.• Project Leader in new process and production line design for high volume semiconductor assembly and soldering processes including new line designs, major upgrades and factory layout optimization by applying lean principals.• Project management of new product development of new semiconductor products from concept to market.• Project management of High value purchasing capital projects.• Lead engineer for all Six Sigma improvement projects for 6 High volume manufacturing assembly lines (Component assembly and soldering) of automotive semiconductor devices within ISO 9000/9001 and TS16949 environment; 100million units + per year.• Design and or lead design teams to create new machine process and equipment including internal and external suppliers.• New process design and assembly line design from concept to implementation.• PFMEA responsibility for all Diode manufacturing.• Six Sigma improvement projects and Internal Fault Cost reduction (Yield improvement).• Preventative maintenance management and coordination of all assembly related plant (6 production lines).• Root cause analysis through driving problem solving teams.• Implementation of Lean Systems, BPS (Bosch Production System), Projects.• Risk assessments of both safety and technical risk and implementation of corrective actions.
