Recommend NRE tooling and fixtures, which are inputted into LeeMAH’s Symix database.Review customers’ parts to confirm if each are RoHS compliant and compatible with the company’s manufacturing processes.Conducted an in-house basic drawing terminology training course for the company's production and office personnel.Active team member responsible for inputting both the top-level customer assembly labor estimates and non-recurring expense (NRE) tooling into CalcuQuote, a quoting and supply chain software for the EMS industry. Duties include the creation and maintaining of the modules for labor estimate drivers, labor estimate activities, and applicable NRE tooling.

Provide technical support for the company’s mechanical assembly manufacturing process. Duties include generation of Manufacturing Process Instructions using the department’s digital camera for in-house and outsource supplier use.Responsible for reviewing the company’s internal Engineering Change Requests prior to submittal to Document Control. Generate Engineering Change Requests to ease manufacturability and reduce costs for all of the company’s products.Perform supplier surveys as required.Perform mechanical inspection to support incoming inspection of first articles.
