I have an associate's degree in Electronic and I am coursing a Bachelor's degree in control and automation in IFRS - Campus Farroupilha, I am also studying about machine learning, RPA (Robotic Process Automation). I am also studying about business management focused on maintenance.With over 10 years of maintenance experience, I have gone through different challenges and have lots of on-the-field knowledge, I have familiarity with different PLCs and industrial equipment, being able to program in ladder/ structured text and fuction block diagram. I am also an enthusiast on computer programming, having intermediate knowledge in python, SQL and C++. In the most recent years, I have also worked with project management and in charge of the Automation department in the company, structuring the projects and developing the roadmap that is in line with the company goals.During my journey I was presented with challenges and opportunities that developed me on all aspects of my life. I like challenges and believe that challenges are the best translation of business and personal growth.I also want to point out that in 2023 I was given the opportunity to participate in the program ExO 2023 as the first international participant in the program, which I was able to attend in a hybrid format.The ExO program develops the following:- Hard and soft skills development- Active learning methodologies- Design thinking- Agile project management- Innovation culture- Dialogic learning- Strategic projects development and modelling
