After finishing high school at 17 and completing a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biotechnology at the University of Melbourne, I am now currently pursuing a Master's degree in biotechnology building on my previous academic achievements.During my undergraduate studies, I gained valuable research experience and developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. During my degree I completed an internship at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, where I gained hands-on lab experience in tissue culture and other various lab techniques.I have gained other valuable career experience in a range of roles, including, customer service, order processing & software automation. In my most recent position at Hampers With Bite, I acted as a liaison between offshore and in-house order processing staff while providing software automations to streamline their data procesing and increase general efficiency across the team. This experience honed my management & team problem solving skills and has been of great benefit to me in other pursuits.Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I am an enthusiastic volunteer for Lord Somers Camp and Power House, where I engage in a variety of initiatives focused on community, diversity, acceptance and belonging. Overall, I am passionate about using my skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the academic and professional world, and I am excited to explore new opportunities that align with my values and goals.
