Operationally leading the inception and roll out of 10 COVID-19 Mass Vaccination sites across North West London.Working in partnership with our Local Hospital trusts, I am supporting the process of setting up the sites with the relevant infrastructure and processes they will need, to manage and successfully run a Mass Vaccination site, vaccinating anywhere between 500 - 5000 individuals per day, when at maximum capacity.

To support Brent CCG localities with monitoring and reporting on the performance of the locality and supporting the locality’s member practices to achieve improved clinical outcomes within delegated practice budgets. This will involve:•Work with the Assistant Director of Primary Care and Clinical Directors to determine and produce business plans to support commissioning intentions. •Supporting good clinical decision making and cost effective commissioning •Ensuring that practices and localities are providing and commissioning at least median outcomes •Review service provision, identify gaps in the market and lead on the development and improvement of local services. In doing so, ensure that appropriate levels of consultation take place with key stakeholders. •To develop and review the Locality Allowance Scheme, along with the AD for Primary Care, including monitoring of financial and activity data. •Leading QIPP initiatives in their locality and across the CCG through the development and implementation of a CCG Commissioning and/or Operating Plan •Support the Clinical Leads and Locality Clinical Directors to fulfill their roles and be the primary link for them and issues they face. •Manage the agenda and organisation of the Locality GP Forum meetings across the 4/5 Localities of Brent. •To ensure that there is a consistent way of working across the localities by standardising support and communication to the localities. •To assist all practices as appropriate to ensure consistent approaches across the Health economy business planning, and support best practice working across primary care. •Maintain an overview of individual and collective practice performance in order to identify and provide support as required. •Support the development of a standard approach to quality improvement for use with member practices to improve patients’ safety, patient experience and the effectiveness of commissioned service
