I am currently an area coordinator for building cleaning at Coventry city council, currently working with 27 schools and 30 noneducational sites, we have around 190 staff, My roll includes management of sites, sickness, health and safety checks, audits, appraisals, client meetings, stock replenishment, and monitoring, training, general admin work, organizing people's on-site specifications, recruitment, and interviews, general visits on a day to day basis, return to work meetings, promoting health at work meetings. I must maintain a great professional relationship with all my staff and clients to make sure we deliver the best service we possibly can at all times.I'm highly motivated when it comes to delivering a service, I also have experience and the ability to operate with minimum guidance, and am able to communicate well with all my clients and my management. I'm also a very friendly outgoing person who likes to have a laugh while I get the job done.
