As Erik Compton's manager, I work closely with Erik, his coach, caddie and agent to organize and facilitate all aspects of being a PGA Tour golfer. I coordinate all travel and lodging for Erik and his caddie in conjunction with his competition schedule, as well as Erik's travel to other public engagements. Along with Erik's agent, I guide Erik in following the guidelines of his sponsorship agreements and oversee his sponsor events and commitments. In conjunction with my work as Erik's public relations director, I cultivate, plan and arrange paid speaking engagements and other types of public events for Erik. As Erik Compton's public relations director I maintain and manage his message, website, fan mail and social media feed(s). I update and generate content with Erik and his sponsors as he travels on the PGA Tour. I also work closely with local and national media as the opportunities present themselves or Erik's on course performance merits.

I served as an independent consultant for a wide range of corporations and government agencies in a number of industries, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Justice, The LEGO Group, Finley Group and The Alder Group.I provided asset analysis, valuation and dissolution services on numerous engagements ranging from winding down a corporate tax entity to monetizing seized assets for financial crimes restitution. Much of my focus was on guiding clients through 363 sales and private translations of both investment grade and distressed entities. Additionally, I worked to produce Chapter 11 monthly operating reports and other bankruptcy-related analysis, including bank account audits, asset valuations, and business marketing plans.

Consulted for Corporate Management, Inc. in receivership, corporate wind down and non-bankruptcy asset disposition cases. Worked in conjunction with the FBI, United States Secret Service, San Diego District Attorneys’ office and California Attorney General's office, to facilitate and oversee seized property and criminal restitution asset liquidations. These cases vary in size from hundreds of dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars, each one requiring unique due diligence, recovery analysis and monetization plans.In receivership cases with an active business, I worked as a liaison between Corporate Management and that business to facilitate smooth operations and protect going concern. I work with vendors, employees, associated professionals and relevant government agencies to develop operation plans and oversee operations as needed. When receivership cases do not have an active businesses, but do have assets, I work to protect the asset and its value as well as provide asset valuation and disposition management as needed.

I spent nearly six years as an assistant and analyst for Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, Richard Kipperman. As a bankruptcy analyst and trustee assistant, I reviewed and annotated all of the cases (including schedules and S.O.F.A’s) assigned to Trustee Kipperman by the bankruptcy court. Annotating included flagging filing errors, recommending actions or best practices, and highlighting points that required the trustee’s attention. I was also responsible for managing supporting document due diligence; organizing and reviewing all supporting documents associated with each case, as well as investigating any documents or other anomalies. Included in my daily work I was responsible for deep digging and investigation, analysis of financial statements and financial accounts, legal research, and coordinating with the various attorneys or professionals involved in each case. Additionally, I was responsible for administering all tangible and intangible Chapter 7 bankruptcy assets in accordance with federal bankruptcy code. I performed asset analysis for every case and reported on potential recovery and return to the Trustee. I also created asset monetization plans as needed. I worked very closely with the Trustee and his counsel, debtors and creditors' and their respective counsel, to facilitate efficient asset disposition and maximize return to the bankruptcy estate. In the event of equity settlements or cash receivables, I also oversaw settlement negotiations and managed accounts receivable collection.
