- Helped spearhead the migration of our ETL data pipeline, addressing critical testing gaps including functional, unit, and performance testing. Successfully resolved long-standing support and maintainability issues, bringing the system in line with enterprise compliance standards, and ensuring seamless and compliant data processing across a variety of use cases.- Refactored and Migrated Job Processes from EMR to transient EC2 and Docker architecture along with more rigorous testing (unit, functional, performance) via pytest and behave- Strategically built and optimized PySpark ETL processes on our EMR cluster, seamlessly triggered by a CRON job, resulting in the efficient generation of accounting datasets, enhancing our ability to track trade credits with credit card partners, leading to improved financial transparency, data accuracy, and more informed decision-making within the organization.

- Designed and implemented intent with multiple teams, with a focus on migrating agents from an external platform (eOscar) to our Empath Platform. This move helped us to mitigate major risks, improve agent efficiency, and increase overall revenue.- Decommissioned multiple legacy applications in favor of modern solutions, leading to improved maintainability and efficiency. Managed our team’s AWS infrastructure including, handling Application Re-hydrations, Incident Management, and AWS IAM policy management for our team’s Lambdas, RDS, and S3 buckets- Collaborated with four teams, including backend and frontend teams, to enable the delivery of an end-to-end experience for agents, and worked with Operations and product teams to save over 1 million agent hours.- Created multiple UI components, routing functionality, and API calls for our internal Credit Bureau Disputes Tool, which agents use to assist credit disputes by identifying fraud and/or false charges- Wrote and automated a testing suite of tests for an internal software platform for agents using Pytest and Jenkins.
