I am the head of Greystone’s Philadelphia production team where I am responsible for originating commercial real estate debt and equity opportunities both nationally and within the Greater Philadelphia area.I and my team successfully have closed over $3.5 Billion of loan volume since 2017 across a variety of platforms, including Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, FHA, Bridge/Balance Sheet and CMBS. I was responsible for growing Berkadia's Fannie Mae DUS loan production by marketing the Fannie Mae program to Berkadia's east coast origination offices and managing Fannie Mae production for over 40 mortgage bankers. Day to day tasks included overall marketing efforts of the Fannie Mae DUS program, loan screening/sizing to ensure transaction is suitable for purchase by Fannie Mae, submission of loan/waiver requests to Fannie Mae, issuance of loan quotes and loan applications. In addition, I was heavily involved in overall process improvement initiatives within my group at Berkadia, ensuring that smooth and efficient processes exist for both internal and external customers. Since 2011, I have closed over $4 billion with Fannie Mae, helping to grow Berkadia's total Fannie Mae DUS volume from approximately $650 million in 2011 to over $5 billion in 2015 (propelling Berkadia to 3rd place on Fannie Mae's Top 10 DUS Producer rankings in 2015).

Specific job duties included initial loan sizing, submitting requests to GSE's for their review, working with the GSE's to competitively structure & price loans, issuing loan applications, ordering third party reports and facilitating a loan's transfer to underwriting.

I have experience with the following Multifamily asset types: condominiums, cooperatives, low/mid/high-rise and garden apartments, student housing, Section 8/HAP, senior housing, age restricted and mixed-use properties. Product types include conventional fixed rate, forward commitments, acquisition rehab/upgrade, fixed-to-float, capped ARM and subordinate.

I was responsible for the management and securitization of Mezz Cap loan portfolio. During my tenure, I assisted in the structuring and closing of two CMBS transactions totaling approximately $145.2 million. Job duties included reviewing loan documents and third party reports, drafting Asset Summary Reports (ASR) for all loans included in the CMBS pool, working with Rating Agencies and outside consultants to prepare CMBS offering documents and performed general portfolio management activities as required.
