ITV America is the largest independent non-scripted producer in the US. It includes ITV Entertainment, the flagship production arm of ITV Studios in the US. ITV Studios’ LA-based independent scripted television operation, ITV Studios America develops and produces scripted programming, currently includes Franklin in Paris, debuting on Apple TV in 2024.Controller role in $500m Television Prouduction and Distribution business supporting several lines of business, business units, production labels, and legal entities. Reporting to US divisional CFO.-Finance GL/AP/AR/FA lead for Oracle cloud implementation serving all US ITV owned entities, transitioning over 100 entities accross 6 systems onto a single platform. Implementation included redesign of finance processes and realignment finance teams serving independently operating finance departments. Subsequent implementations of various operating and holding entities, and wind down of legacy entities Project resulted in reduced headcount costs, faster monthly consolidation and closing process, and increased visibility over financial reporting and working capital management across all entities.-Day to day oversight of AP, AR, GL function supporting all US entities. Design and maintenance of internal control processes and procedures. Key contact for annual external audit process.-Oversight of monthly and annual closing process, reporting results for all entities to UK parent company. Close accelerated from 6 days to 3.5 days since system go live in September 2017.-Business owner of Oracle GL and subsidiary ledgers. Responsible for reporting and analysis enhancements, chart of account maintenance, and integration with other ITV systems and stakeholders.-Support US and UK organization on ad hoc and strategic projects, including forecasting and planning.-US Finance lead on parent company's FCCS cloud consolidation and reporting tool implementation, expected go live in Q3 2019.

Leftfield Entertainment, acquired by ITV in May 2014, is a full-service television production group comprised of Leftfield Pictures, Sirens Media, Loud Television, Outpost Entertainment with over 600 hours of programming for 30-plus networks. Leftfield produces content in the non-scripted and lifestyle spaces including the hit-series’ Alone, Forged in Fire, Pawn Stars, Counting Cars, Real Housewives of New Jersey. VP Finance reporting to divisional CFO of $135mm television production company with multiple locations and multiple legal entities. Led day to day finance activities while integrating into the acquiring company during buyout period. Major Areas of Responsibility• Managed integration of Leftfield finance department into ITV including: o Aligned monthly and quarterly close and forecasts and annual budget. Reduced close time from 6 days to 3.5 days. Developed continuous forecasting cycle, reducing time and workload of preparing 4 annual forecast submissions to parent. o Led integration and transition of Sirens Media finance department from standalone subsidiary to fully integrated organization, realizing 70% reduction in overhead costs for the subsidiary. o Maintained general ledger and policies and procedures. o Supervised team of 5 in two locations. o Key contact for annual external audit process. o Prepared consolidation and monthly reporting package including analysis of actuals and current year outlook. • Provided operational finance support for heads of Leftfield Pictures, Loud TV, Outpost Entertainment, and Gear Shop.• Finance lead on corporate strategic planning process with corporate parent • Performed integrated financial modeling and analysis for potential acquisitions, JVs and other growth opportunities

Purchased in 2012, HIT Entertainment is a 200M subsidiary of Mattel owning several preschool brands. HIT produces over 90 hours of content per year, and licenses content and IP globally.Functional project lead for finance integration of HIT Entertainment into Mattel. Various finance projects include Oracle ERP transformation to shared service environment, enhancements to commercial reporting cube, financial and management reporting alignment with Mattel’s Hyperion Enterprise reporting structure, and process/controls redesign supporting executed system changesOracle project team consisted of 25+ Mattel/HIT finance personnel in four locations assigned to projectOracle transition and transformation of highly complex legal and management reporting structures including multiple currency and location consolidation, integration of bespoke source systems, and transition to new finance org structure supported by centralized shared service functions.
