• Participate in the development/refinement of M&E tools (inclusive of impact measurement).

• Prepare and implement learning frameworks together with consortium members and other stakeholders.

• Monitor implementation of systems, processes and tools ensuring quality and consistency in M&E collection and reporting

• Provide technical expertise in household survey sampling design, questionnaire development, enumerator training and implementation, including programming needed for electronic data collection
• Contribute to the development of project proposals and reports, including assessments, logframes, M&E plans, baseline and endline survey reports.
• Contribute to the establishment of an effective complaints, accountability and response mechanism to enhance feedback, trust and confidence with beneficiaries

• Carry out regular programmatic data collection, data cleaning, data compilation, and data submission to MULU KP central and regional team.
• Ensure timely submission of data by local implementing partners M&E staff per standard tools & guidelines.
• Prepare data summary and visualizations to present the data in a user-friendly format.
• Ensure the real-time data entry to CommCare and support the case management.
• Ensure the correctness of dashboards on DHIS2 and update visualizations as needed.
• Facilitate training and oversee and support the implementation of M&E tools through Local Implementing Partners (LIPs).

• Contribute to the design of excel based databases for data collection and analysis Supports regional staff in the use of RED categorization databases and assists them in customizing the sheet for new woredas.
• Collect the routine UI-FHS’s Immunization reports from field staff including situational analysis narratives and DQS reports, secondary coverage data, monthly and quarterly reports, lot quality assurance sampling.
• Supports pre-data collection preparation and Immunization data collection process when situational analysis and case studies or operational research conducted
• After collecting the required deliverables clean, review the reported Immunization data and provide feedback for the field staff.
• Supports in the write-up of the quarter, semi-annual, and annual reports for the Federal Ministry of Health and the donor.
• Prepare tables, graphs, reports, and visual presentations based on the Immunization data analysis for presentation to internal and external audiences and remain abreast on data visualization techniques that may benefit.

• Support the deployment and correct utilization of innovative electronic data capture systems and protocols, CommCare.
• Provide M&E-related training that includes CommCare, capacity building and technical support to LIPs, private, public, NGOs Network facilities, regional HAPCOs'/RHBs and other partners.
• Provide CHCT’s regional staff and partners with routine data analysis and feedback.
• Oversee the regular Data Quality Assurance (DQA) exercise including SIMS.
• Assist operational research conducted by the CHCT project
