Over the past 15 years, the Glaser Family has been principal to over $24,500,000 in real estate transactions across the United States.Currently Mr. Glaser is the Managing Principal of both Glaser Capital Partners Inc. and Glaser Family Properties (the Los Angeles based Glaser Family multi-family portfolio). Utilizing his comprehensive experience as both a landlord and property manager, Mr. Glaser launched Glaser Capital Partners Inc. in 2018, with the purpose of achieving the high return levels of secondary and tertiary multi-family investments while maintaining a primary market vacancy factor. Glaser Capital Partners Inc. has achieved this goal by uniquely positioning itself as a market expert of a niche within a niche. Mr. Glaser is capitalizing on the current student housing shortage occurring at many of America’s largest public universities. Contrary to most of the student housing industry that is over-developing Class A luxury student communities for the few wealthy students who can afford it, Mr. Glaser targets value-add, and underperforming Class B and C existing student housing properties that appeal to most university students.
