Started out in Product Design in Molex after my return to Singapore from United States. Received the award for Best Design and over Million Sales volume in which Molex Shares were awarded. Progress to Box Build design in MGD and Volume Interaction where Products are programs in which I Manage both the programs progress and design.My Design and Programs knowledge were enhanced further at Volex where I Lead a group of Design Engineers in the Powercord and Adaptor design with Apple Inc. which saw the transition from PVC to Halogen Free materials. Sales when from US $3 mil to $10 mil from 2009 to 2011. From there, a JV venture look me up to Head the Engineering And Toolroom Department in Jiangsu China where I help set up for Powercord and Adaptor. Within a short span about 2 years, a total 200+ Safety and Countries Approvals were granted and Certified to the Company products. Venture Capital for the JV was not performing well in other areas, so the JV had to be sold. Back in Singapore, my Boss from the JV in Jiangsu look me up to help him restructure a Metal Stamping Company in Engineering. Products were moving with Sales Improving until the Power Struggle between Owner and Venture Capital which saw the dismantling to the Management and Senior Executive.In Swiftronic, I head the Technical Program Management for Apple Accessory on Plastic for new program.
