Visionstream Project:-Project management role - developing work processes and management procedures to ensure successful, efficient delivery of work.-Building relations with an international client to facilitate ongoing communication and transparency of the progress of the project. -Managing an offshore team responsible for the data/design updates for many various scopes of work.FTTN (Fiber to the Node)-National Data Quality SME for NBN FTTN As Built team. Ensuring all construction updates are transposed into Spatial as per redline and other artefacts supplied by Construction Partners from all regions of Australia.-Heavily engaged in training and management of offshore NDQ As Built Team. (Currently 20 team members). Responsibilities include delegating and managing workload, technical support and educating team on end to end processes for FTTN NDQ As Builts.-Working closely with all Australian Regions on a national level and managing delivery and defect resolution for service area modules that are delegated to our Regional Deployment team. Building strong communication ties and an element of trust that allows workflows to run without interruption and assures delivery.FTTP (Fiber to the Premise)-Responsible for educating the offshore engineering team on NBN FTTP architecture. Both technical aspects in and out of SpatialNet as well as creating a mentor-ship system that provided the opportunity to cross-skill engineers as the project expanded.-Instigating ways to managing time differences between Hyderabad offshore team and onshore delivery of As Built tasks, to ensure utmost efficiency and minimal downtime. This includes providing technical information and liaising with National regions to support offshore team queries in a timely fashion.-Delegation and Submission of FTTP As Built tasks to both offshore team and regional coordinators within NBN. This includes both FSAM and Distribution network.

Working on Step change design involving Field Inspection Report analysis and the implementation of network updates from Telstra and survey walk outs.- Working knowledge of the entire design process from Gate 1, seeing design right through to construction. - Contributing to the development of Spatial Net processes to ensure a more feasible and efficient system is implemented to promote timely hand overs for construction.- Worked extensively within the ‘National Data Quality – As Built’ department. Translating redline mark-ups / splice reports / Outside Plant Assets (OSP) for As Built and inputting data into Spatial for all Regions within Australia. Packaging deliverables for submission.Construction White Card & Sufficient PPE obtained for deployment into the field.

- National broadband network design, including Spatial and AutoCAD, MapInfo analyst and direct contact of client (NBNco).Worked within a large scope of projects, highligting skills in design, forecasting/date projection, team direction & support, reporting and client liason.•Producing high standard fibre network design, according to NBN client standards and regulations.•Direct support to team managers/leaders in regards to staff workload/distribution and forecasting of design submittal.•Responsible for educating staff in up-to-date softwares such as Spatial/MapInfo to ensure design teams share a balanced degree of knowledge, optimizing output of design.•Travelling to domestic regions in order to assess the optimization of design and construction. - Telco Draftsman (Telstra) also responsible for PUP drafting/design within various challenging projects across all scopes of Engineering.Worked within a large scope of projects, highlighting skills in AutoCAD design, Telco recoverable works and relocation design.- Design AutoCAD drawings for fiber networks as well as all other (PUP) utilities, while adhering to drafting standards according to a variety of client requirements.- Interpretation of intelligent transporting system (ITS) design including road lighting, traffic signals and gantries.
