In 2019 I started a course at Portsmouth university, during my time there joined the reserves through the University Officer training Corp where I was taught leadership and management skills through the army leadership program. I am still currently a member of the reserves however in 2020 I changed institutions and attended Chichester College enrolled on a Higher National Diploma in General Engineering and as of June 2022 I have achieved a Diploma in Engineering. I have enhanced leadership and management skills developed through the reserves and hope by the end of 2023 to have a CMI qualification in leadership and management.While enrolled I had a lot of experience with varying research based projects, developing my investigative skills and problem solving capabilities.
