Senior individual contributor and special implementation teams leader on an enterprise application integration product. Contributed many original ideas, including an in-memory database that substantially improved the performance and usability of the product.

Started the product from scratch, by defining what an Object Oriented Database is. Led the design and implementation teams, which grew from four initial members to over fifty. The product was jointly developed with a large japanese company. During this project was promoted to VP of Development.
