Draft, review, edit, negotiate, and advise internal business units on commercial contracts including product agreements, master services agreements, business associates agreements, SaaS agreements, nondisclosure agreements. Draft demand letters for issues related to employment law, intellectual property, and contracts.Respond to requests from State Attorneys' General relating to Trade Commission responses and intellectual property issues. Ensure that Company internal policy is in compliance with applicable state and federal laws, including updating the internal data privacy and cybersecurity policy to contemplate the passage of the CPRA, and other applicable privacy provisions. Assist with company contract lifecycle management and contract management.
