I worked as a Media Services Intern for the IIHF Women's World Hockey Championship. I was responsible for providing media members lineup sheets, ensuring the media tribune was clean and presentable at all times, labeling seats with placards when they were reserved, and being a resource to media members to answer any questions.

In this role, I was responsible for implementing outbound sales, including email and phone communication with past Celtics ticket buyers. I also aided Group Sales with preparing for the group leader appreciation gift, including gathering souvenir items and mailing them to the addresses of the top group sales customers. I was lucky enough to execute two presentations while I was at the Celtics: I compiled the group sales reports from the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons comparing YOY numbers in ticket sales, revenue, and yield for different categories of group sales to see where the team excelled and where they could improve. My second presentation was a Shark Tank style presentation where I pitched my own theme night to the entire sales team.

At this position, I foster close relationships with alumni through reunion planning and managing phone calls, as well as aiding the Alumni Engagement team with inventory and spreadsheet management. My primary goal is to ensure alums are happy and in the know about the latest news at Hamilton.

In this position, I oversaw youth tournament and showcase game coordination with coaches and umpires.In addition to this, I managed the scoreboard, music, and team lineups to ensure efficient game operations.

I am the Public Address announcer for various sports at Hamilton College. My job is to announce player's names before the game and when they come up to bat in baseball, for example.

I assisted coaches with coordination of practice plans and filmed practice drills for film review by coaches and players. In this role, I learned the features of an advanced camera to give coaches the best quality video to review with their players.
