CO Author of a Groundwater Monitoring Techniques Manual (Published in Spanish and English); helped organize stakeholder consultation meetings and international seminars for dissemination of groundwater management best practices (Puerto Rico, Lima). Co -instructor of a groundwater quality intensive short course for UNI - Universidad Nacional de Lima.

Responsibilities included managing the Department of Site Assessment (Phase I, Phase II, remedial investigations, environmental audits, due dilligence) throughout Brazil. Led a team of 5 full time and up to 20 field crews.
