Mr. Gomez is a partner with experience in several practice areas and industries, including include business litigation and transactions, Native American law, administrative law, government contracting, regulatory compliance, insurance, employment, and bankruptcy. Since 2019, Daniel has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Tulsa College of Law where he has taught courses in Evidence, Native American Cultural and Intellectual Property, Tribal Gaming Law, and Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and Texas. He has also contributed significant time to pro bono matters involving religious freedom, civil rights, and immigration.Mr. Gomez holds a law degree from Southern Methodist University and an economics degree from Oklahoma State University. He is ranked by Chambers USA and Super Lawyers Magazine and in 2022 was named one of the Top Lawyers Under 40 by the Hispanic National Bar Association. In 2013, Daniel was named Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Tulsa County Bar Association. Daniel has a passion for serving his community, including having recently graduated as a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class 35, and is president-elect for the Rotary Club of Tulsa. He also serves as Vice-Chair of the Greater Tulsa Area Hispanic Affairs Commission and is a Deputy Regional President for the Hispanic National Bar Association. Other service organizations he serves include Leadership Tulsa, the Oklahoma Academy, the Tulsa Historical Society and Museum, Terrace Drive Neighborhood Association, and Council Oak Elementary School Foundation.
