Responsible for leading on-site projects to reduce waste and downtime, increase productivity, introduction of new production lines, processes and products based on lean manufacturing and 6 sigma tools, with on-site responsibilities of over 20 production lines and more than 10 thousand final products, with a coverage area in the interior of the republic, the main plant in the United States and 5 sites outside the continent, being in charge of the team of 8 technicians from the plant.
