As a seasoned Health and Safety professional with a distinguished career in the British Army, I bring extensive expertise in risk assessment, safety management, and regulatory compliance. I have consistently reduced reportable incidents by up to 60% through meticulous risk assessments, dynamic safety training, and proactive incident investigation. In the future I am waiting on the results from the NEBOSH Construction exam, and am booked to do NEBOSH Fire Safety.In my role as QMSI Training within an Army Reserve unit involves training design, delivery and assurance. I also have a responsibility for career management and budget control. I have been responsible for carrying out risk assessments and ensuring compliance across the site and during training events.In 2013 I qualified as a DEOC operator and have conducted various exercises in that role as well as delivering EOD training to other nation forces. During this time I have also gained instructional qualifications in Defence Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (DCBRN) training and land survival. I have extensive experience working as part of a team as well as leading teams in high stress situations.
