I worked on a “big data” project that involved using high levels of statistical analysis to create better categorisations of domestic and non-domestic properties for the supply of natural gas. I oversaw creating programs and protocol to be used to obtain information about gas demand across the UK. This involves use of Excel VBA and Minitab statistical software to obtain summary statistics and use Cluster analysis and Discriminant Analysis.

My duties while working as a waiter included preparation, service and organisation. While working there I was expected to work on my own or as part of a team to serve customers in the restaurant, bar and weddings. I helped to train new members of staff how to do their jobs. I have taken on leadership roles such as being the leader of a bar team during the course of a function. During my time there I learnt costumer care, personal skills and it has instilled me with a high work ethic all while working in a high pressure environment.
